Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Technical Recruiter, you will support recruiting efforts across a diverse range of technical roles within our organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers across the IT department. You will play a vital part in supporting our growth initiatives and contributing to our fast-paced environment, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to drive our financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of full cycle technical recruitment experience (agency preferred)
  • Proven experience attracting top talent across various specialties, including: Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Cyber Security, IT Audit, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers
  • Strong ability to assess technical knowledge and depth across a variety of skillsets
  • Experience independently partnering and collaborating with Leadership on hiring strategies and initiatives
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing
  • Results driven and metrics oriented
  • Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, nimble environment
  • An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking
  • Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests and manage time effectively

Qualifications

SKILLS

  • Motivated, recruiter with grit that can thrive working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong understanding of tech dynamics, including market trends and challenges in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to manage internal clients, meetings, and high-volume requisition load in timely manner
  • High energy and tenacious approach to recruiting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
