J'ai le rôle pour toi Notre client dans le domaine de la distribution d'équipement d'automatisation est à la recherche de son nouveau chef d'équipe de service client à Laval

Salaire entre 60k et 65k (négociable), poste permanent, horaire de jour à temps plein, entrée en poste rapide

Responsabilités
Les responsabilités de ce poste de chef d'équipe sont les suivantes :
- Tu seras le bras droit de la directrice régional, en charge d'une équipe de 10 personnes en succursale
- Coaching et formation en continu de l'équipe sur les nouveaux logiciels et procédures / produits
- Soutenir et encadrer l'équipe de vente interne (service client manufacturier)
- Planifier et organiser les activités de production et d'exploitation, le service à la clientèle
- Coordonner un programme de formation avec nos fournisseurs pour s'assurer que l'équipe des ventes internes est continuellement formée sur les produits offerts et pour s'assurer qu'ils ont les connaissances techniques requises pour effectuer leurs tâches
- Organiser des réunions avec l'équipe de vente interne afin d'améliorer continuellement le service et collaborer avec le chef de bureau pour atteindre les objectifs et les plans d'exploitation généraux.
- Examen en marge des factures quotidiennes
- Responsable de l'examen des nouvelles opportunités et de l'établissement de devis pour les appels d'offres publics
- Assister l'équipe de vente interne dans ses interactions quotidiennes avec les clients pour vendre et promouvoir les solutions d'automatisation.
- Saisir les contrats et les commandes dans le système SAP

Qualifications
Les qualifications recherchées pour ce rôle de chef d'équipe en service client sont :
- 4 à 6 ans d'expériences de supervision
- Une expérience dans un rôle de ventes internes dans le domaine manufacturier (électrique, mécanique...)
- Un bilinguisme, parlé et écrit. Plusieurs clients sont à l'extérieur de la province
- Personnalité dynamique, autonomie, multitâches
- Facilité à travailler sur le système SAP et Microsoft
