Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this plumbing customer service representative role include:
- Answer incoming customer calls and e-mails
- Follow-up on orders
- Support external and internal sales teams
- Assist customers in purchasing products

Qualifications
To become a customer service representative in the plumbing industry, you must have..:
- B2B experience in customer service
- Bilingualism (larger customers and suppliers are English-speaking)
- Excellent communication, punctuality, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in building mechanics, plumbing, heating, a strong asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a strong asset
