Provide assistance to Drivers when a breakdown occurs Work order entry Creating purchase orders Utilizing reports to identify incorrect or problem data using established guidelines Communicating exceptions, initiate corrective action, and report and evaluate the action effects. Works with Outsourced Maintenance Coordinators to schedule equipment and ensures equipment gets to required shop Driver & Customer RelationsOur ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Experience in a maintenance administrative/coordination role Excellent organizational skills and record keeping ability Strong attention to detail abilities Ability to use and learn computer software and programs Problem solving ability; recognize, assess, report and provide solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skillsPlease note this position is permanent full‐time position subject to Monday - Thursday 16:00-02:30 shift.
