À titre de conseiller en indemnisation Auto, vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients lorsqu’ils auront le plus besoin de nous. Tout en fournissant une qualité de service à la clientèle hors pair, vous les guiderez tout au long du processus d’indemnisation, mènerez des enquêtes et prendrez les décisions les mieux adaptées aux circonstances.

Quelles seront vos tâches?
Guider les clients tout au long du processus d’indemnisation, enquêter sur leurs sinistres de collision automobile et répondre à leurs besoins. Travailler conformément aux pratiques de la compagnie et aux exigences réglementaires de l’industrie; appliquer les pratiques exemplaires et assumer la responsabilité de ses résultats en matière de service à la clientèle et d’indemnisation. Travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement numérique. Participer activement aux formations ayant pour objectif de maintenir à jour vos connaissances au sujet des meilleures pratiques applicables aux règlements de sinistres. Participer aux projets spéciaux et fournir à Aviva la rétroaction lui permettant de poursuivre ses initiatives d’excellence en matière de service à la clientèle.Compétences requises :
Au moins 3 années d’expérience en service à la clientèle Posséder un diplôme d'études collégiales et ou un AEC en assurance de dommages. Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement numérique et à distance. Détenir permis de l’AMF d’expert en sinistres et un solide atout Volonté d’aller chercher son permis d’expert en sinistres Vive curiosité et volonté de trouver des moyens d’améliorer les processus afin de toujours offrir une expérience client hors pair. Bilinguisme : La connaissance de l’anglais en plus du français est requise puisque ce poste exige de communiquer, oralement et par écrit, avec nos clients, nos partenaires et les autres équipes de Aviva Canada situées partout au Canada.
