Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Must have -Genesys Cloud implementation and product experience
  • Plan and implement large IT projects
  • Direct and lead the work of technical staff
  • Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Proven record of accomplishment of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong experience in project management methodologies, including Scaled Agile, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, internal/external business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Project management certifications, such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
  • Experience leading projects with public sector organizations in Canada. This could include municipal, provincial, or federal governments as well as crown agencies.

  • 10+ Yrs of Project Management experience in information technology or other related fields
  • Experience Implementing 2+ Projects in Genesys IVR
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
