Job Description
About the Team: Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships and Community, the Manager of Brand Partnerships is responsible for overseeing the long term growth of the Brand Partnership program. In addition to managing the strategic approach to achieve revenue targets, the Manager will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance in all business processes. The incumbent will lead new business development initiatives, while successfully nurturing existing brand partner relationships.

Oversee day-to-day delivery and budget management of the Brand Partnerships revenue and profit margin targets;
Manage the pipeline of endemic brand partnerships contributions by brand and identify new non-endemic brand partners, including through new categories (e.g., auto, tech);
Develop and implement the strategy and roadmap for the non-endemic partnerships accounts, and secure stakeholder support, to implement initiatives that will successfully scale the Brand Partnerships business model and achieve growth targets, with a focus on next generation paid digital placement and digital services, while accounting for the global evolution of the SSENSE platform;
Make strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder support to develop efficiencies in campaign delivery that serve to standardize lower tier partnerships;
Leverage campaign performance insights and develop effective action plans to identify and capture business opportunities in order to further optimize growth and secure stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
How To Excel In This Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA an asset;
A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record for developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve brand exposure and impact sell through;
A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience;
Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
