Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand strategy, creative marketing initiatives, and driving growth in both e-commerce and B2B channels. As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of our brand, managing various licensing agreements, and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.


Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development

·      Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity.

·      Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Licensing Management:

·      Manage existing licensing agreements and explore new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach.

·      Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines across all licensed products.

Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:

·      Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

·      Create compelling brand messaging and content to engage target audiences.

·      Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.

E-commerce and B2B Growth:

·      Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing online and B2B sales.

·      Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

·      Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive repeat business.

Brand Identity and Visual Communication:

·      Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, packaging, and marketing materials.

·      Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

·      Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, licensing partners, vendors, and industry influencers.


Qualifications:


·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·      Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the consumer goods industry.

·      Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

·      Excellent communication and project management skills.

·      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·      Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
