Marketing & Partnerships Co-ordinator

As our North American business has rapidly expanded, an exciting new role for a Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator has opened at Datatonic, reporting into the Head of Partnerships, Americas. This role’s core mission is to accelerate and scale Datatonic’s Marketing and Partner efforts across the US & Canada.
This opportunity is for a go-getter and tech enthusiast, wanting to accelerate their marketing and partner development career, through Marketing Channel Execution, Event Coordination & Partner Relationship Operations
Responsibilities:
Partner Management & Development
- Support partner-facing pipeline tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all partnership activities.
- Research and communicate internally about partner product releases, incentives, and specialization programs to ensure alignment with offerings and strategies
- Coordinate regular partner communications, including newsletters and email marketing campaigns, to foster strong relationships and keep partners informed.
Content Marketing
- Support the development of client and partner-facing collateral, such as two-pagers and slide decks, to effectively promote Datatonic solutions, packages, and case studies.
- Engage in social listening and competitor research to identify trending topics and new opportunities for commentary, helping to shape our communication strategies to clients, prospect and partners
- Develop client-facing communications, including lead nurturing email campaigns, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Suggest creative ways to reach potential customers in alignment with company branding and value proposition, leveraging various channels
Event Coordination
- Collaborate on the development of creative assets for marketing & partner-facing events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Organize event lead-up, logistic details and post-event follow-up communications for Datatonic events & webinars, maximizing engagement and impact.
- Coordinate the partner calendar of events, to ensure wide coverage and awareness of Datatonic case studies and solutions.
- Represent Datatonic at events to build relationships and promote brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and communicate with partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful mindset and the ability to work off own initiative
- Interest to learn Google Cloud technologies and partner ecosystem, with passion and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
