Role: To manage, implement and maintain in good order various systems for the effective operation of
the clinical practicum education services of the College, delegating tasks as required to the Administrative
Assistant.

Credential: Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CCHPBC or a post-secondary degree
in a healthcare-related subject area

Knowledge & Skills:
➢ Understanding of massage therapy field in British Columbia
➢ Familiarity with college policies and procedures, as described in the student, faculty, and clinic
manuals
➢ Ability to problem solve and deal with conflict resolution
➢ Strong organizational skills
➢ High attention to detail
➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially, Excel, Word and Teams.
➢ Excellent inter-personal and communication and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to
effectively administer students, instructors, and patients with a high degree of competence and
professionalism

Experience: Highly preferred: Minimum of two years of work experience in an administrative role that
requires the above-mentioned skills, preferably in clinic administration or a similar setting.

Reports to: Executive Director, Senior Educational Administrator
