Change Integration Specialist

Job Description
:The Change Integration Specialist reporting to the Business Integration Manager, helps integrate internal business partners into products and services offered by Canadian Document Services (CDS). They manage multiple initiatives from concept through to launch and partner with multiple stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. Responsible for creating efficient processes, establishing standards based on company policies, industry/best practices, and government regulations, while ensuring process consistency. Specialists provide support and feedback to the Business Integration Manager, Director, team and our Business Partners.

Collaborate with business partners and vendors supporting product/service changes or new implementations Provide analysis, measurements, and estimates for business partners and Canadian Document Services leaders Adhere to defined schedules and predefined implementation model Develop business processes, practices and tools, and facilitate implementations with business teams. Accountable for the measuring of process performance by gathering and analyzing data Provide guidance and assist in operationalizing new business areas & services within CDS and/or 3rd party vendors Maintain Business Records (Databases & Documentation) Support RFP processes and any other market research & analysis Identify and drive continuous improvements to improve efficiencies Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing/new business areas and ensure consistency and clear communications with all internal and external business partnersQualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Technology or a related field or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years Business Analysis and/or Change Management experience Experience in process mapping and workflow charting Experience with project management methodology (both waterfall & agile) Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel Proficiency with both OneNote and SharePoint Technical writing experience Six Sigma or Lean Management experience would be an asset Previous eSignature experience would be an asset Previous experience with print related activities would be an asset Business Analyst Certification would be an assetWhat’s in it for you?
