**Job description & responsibilities**:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will join the Operations Management Group and assist in all areas of Procurement, Supplier Relationships, Inventory Control and Value Stream Operations.
- Supply Chain Management - manage effectively
- Supplier Relationships - cultivate and communicate with as required (ex; supply shortage/delivery delays)
- Compile and maintain inventory reports required for weekly meetings with other teams in the organization
- Support manufacturing requirements when ECR and ECN drive change
- Quality Control - work with the supplier on all issues
- Support Engineering - source alternatives when required and seek Eng approval
- Optimization of On Time Delivery
- Risk Mitigation re: supply and delivery
- Value Stream Optimization re: inventory cost, levels and product flow
- Total Cost of Ownership - continually analyze to optimize
- Assist in identifying cost down initiatives / annual save
- Understand Lean Manufacturing initiatives and help implement where applicable

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
