Here is what a typical day looks like

Utilize internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls before passing qualifed leads on to the next stage of the sales process Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins/challenges and opportunities for growth

The value you bring

Strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone You demonstrate exemplary communication skills by easily breaking the ice with new clients and effectively gathering and sharing information Excellent note taking and clear documentation Sales experience is an asset

Hours: Full Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week

Location: Kitchener, ON

Salary Range: $40,000 + quarterly bonus
