**United Motorz Inc **is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our used car dealership. If you have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a desire to excel in sales, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they visit the dealership, building positive rapport and establishing trust.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and available warranties.
- Lead customers through the sales process, from test drives to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the dealership's finance and insurance departments to facilitate the financing and paperwork process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their needs are met and to generate referrals.
- Participate in dealership training and development programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- OMVIC license is plus.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
