This long-term contract / contract Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Concord, Ontario.

What you get to do every single day

- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Manage and place incoming telephone calls
- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- 2+ years of past relevant experience

- Microsoft Excel experience required

- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
