Intermediate Site Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual) – Full Time TEP Engineering Canada ULC. Quebec (Virtual) Intermediate Site Acquisition Specialist, Eastern Canada TEP Engineering Canada ULC (TEP CANADA)  is seeking an intermediate full-time employee for the Site Acquisition Specialist role. Job Description Perform planning and government coordination for new cell site builds and site modifications. Work with the Site Acquisition Manager to undertake planning and government relations tasks. Prepare documents in relation to the processing of identifying sites, meeting with landowners, negotiating lease and purchase agreements and making tower applications to government. Coordinate application of building and development permits related to tower builds and modifications. Monitor progress of public consultations and relevant applications and facilitate inquiries to appropriate parties in relations to status of projects. Interact with members of the public and local government in relation to the tower siting process. Responsibilities Serve in an intermediate role for site acquisition team. Serve as a contact for public inquiries around tower consultations and builds. For new-build projects, assist with public consultation process. Liaise with local stakeholders regarding tower consultations (municipal government) Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team, including RF Engineering, Construction Management, and Engineering. Attend public information sessions and local government meetings as related to tower consultations. Interact with RF Engineering and construction to ensure compliance with all clients jurisdictional, governmental, and industry requirements. Produce accurate project forecasting and reporting to the Project Manager as required. Attend status meetings and present details around ongoing public consultations. Knowledge of local Land Use and permitting processes Maintain confidentiality of clients. Assist with aboriginal engagement processes Requirements Bilingual language skills - required (French and English) Relevant Undergraduate university degree or college diploma and some experience in a real estate or business administration related role. - Required 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition related role. - Required Proven ability to work efficiently and independently, multi-task, work closely as a member of a project team, meet stringent deadlines, and achieve project goals. - Required Be detail-oriented and possess strong follow-through skills. – Required Strong communication skills in writing and oral presentations. - Required Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite. - Required Travel for meetings and site visits (valid driver’s license) - Required Adobe Photoshop experience. - Preferred Please submit your resume and cover letter to be considered for this position. Préparer les documents relatifs à l’identification des sites, aux réunions avec les propriétaires fonciers, à la négociation des contrats de location et d’achat et aux demandes de pylônes auprès du gouvernement. Coordonner les demandes de permis de construire et d’aménagement liées à la construction et à la modification des pylônes. Suivre l’évolution des consultations publiques et des demandes pertinentes et faciliter les demandes de renseignements auprès des parties concernées en ce qui concerne l’état d’avancement des projets. Interagir avec les administrations publiques et locales dans le cadre de la procédure d’implantation des pylônes. Responsabilités Jouer un rôle intermédiaire au sein de l’équipe responsable de l’acquisition des sites. Servir de contact pour les demandes de renseignements du public concernant les consultations sur les pylônes et leur construction. Pour les nouveaux projets de construction, participer au processus de consultation publique. Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes locales en ce qui concerne les consultations sur les pylônes (administration municipale). Assurer la coordination avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire, y compris la technique à haute fréquence, la gestion de la construction et l’ingénierie. Participer à des séances d’information publique et à des réunions de l’administration locale dans le cadre des consultations sur les pylônes. Interagir avec la technique à haute fréquence et la construction pour assurer la conformité avec toutes les exigences juridictionnelles, gouvernementales et industrielles des clients. Produire des prévisions et des rapports précis sur le projet à l’intention du chef de projet, le cas échéant. Assister aux réunions d’étape et présenter les détails des consultations publiques en cours. Connaissance de l’aménagement du territoire et des procédures d’autorisation au niveau local. Maintenir la confidentialité des clients. Contribuer aux processus d’engagement des Autochtones. Exigences Compétences linguistiques bilingues - requises (français et anglais) Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou diplôme d’études supérieures et expérience dans un poste lié à l’immobilier ou à l’administration des affaires. – Requis 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans une fonction liée à l’acquisition de sites. – Requis Capacité avérée à travailler efficacement et de manière indépendante, à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de projet, à respecter des délais stricts et à atteindre les objectifs des projets. – Requis Avoir le souci du détail et posséder de solides compétences en matière de suivi. – Requis Solides compétences en matière de communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. – Requis Maîtrise de tous les aspects de la suite Microsoft Office. – Requis Déplacements pour réunions et visites de sites (permis de conduire valide). – Requis Expérience avec Adobe Photoshop. – Souhaité Veuillez soumettre votre curriculum vitae et votre lettre de motivation pour être pris en considération pour ce poste.
