Are you a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for recruiting top talent? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expertise**: Stay ahead of emerging talent trends and have a deep understanding of the external talent market.
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage full-cycle recruitment for strategic and critical roles, from attraction to offers of employment.
- **Strategic Recruiting**: Develop innovative recruiting strategies using advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- **Partnership Building**: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive talent initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
- **Tech-Savvy Recruiting**: Leverage social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and demonstrate proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- **Adaptability**: Highly flexible, with the ability to manage a high volume of talent acquisition activities and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in both English and French (verbal, written, and presentation).
- **Certification**: CHRP/CRHA certification is an asset.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Expertise du marché : Restez à la pointe des tendances émergentes en matière de talents et comprenez profondément le marché externe des talents.
- Recrutement de A à Z : Gérez le recrutement complet pour des rôles stratégiques et critiques, de l'attraction à la remise des offres d'emploi.
- Recrutement stratégique : Développez des stratégies de recrutement innovantes en utilisant des techniques de sourçage avancées pour attirer les meilleurs talents sur un marché compétitif.
- Construction de partenariats : Collaborez étroitement avec les responsables du recrutement et les parties prenantes clés pour stimuler les initiatives de talents.
- Amélioration continue : Participez à des initiatives d'amélioration continue pour améliorer et rationaliser les processus de recrutement.

**Qualifications**:

- Éducation : Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience : 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement.
- Adaptabilité : Très flexible, capable de gérer un volume élevé d'activités d'acquisition de talents et de s'adapter à des priorités changeantes.
- Compétences en communication : Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (verbal, écrit et présentation).
- Certification : La certification CHRP/CRHA est un atout.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
