Food Service Solutions Inc. has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual who is a team player, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile for our internal and external customers. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.


Responsibilities

▪     Answer incoming calls from Regional Sales Managers (RSM), customers and dealers

▪     Accurate order entry of customer orders using system

▪     Provide quick, courteous and concise information and/or problem resolution delivered with a high degree of professionalism

▪     Pre-screen end user customers and capture lead information, which is then passed on to the appropriate RSM for follow-up

▪     Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint: determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

▪     Ability to remain professional and courteous with internal and external customers at all times

▪     Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations

▪     Provide RSMs and customers with timely inventory and lead time information

▪     Provide simple customer quotes

▪     Assist RSM with dealer quotes, using AutoQuotes


Qualifications

▪     Must be fully bilingual French/English verbal and written

▪     2-3 years of Customer Service experience

▪     Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

▪     Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred

▪     Attentiveness

▪     Empathetic

▪     Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our internal and external customers

▪     A team player able to work collaboratively with colleagues, but also work independently

▪     Strong attention to detail

▪     Excellent communication skills

▪     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

▪     Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

▪     Positive attitude

▪     High School diploma or equivalent; minimum college diploma preferred

Nous recherchons une personne qui a l'esprit d'équipe, une attitude positive et est prête à faire un effort supplémentaire pour nos clients internes et externes. Ce poste relève du superviseur du service à la clientèle.


Responsabilités


▪ Répondre aux appels entrants des directeurs régionaux des ventes (RSM), des clients et des concessionnaires

▪ Saisie précise des commandes des clients à l'aide du système

▪ Fournir des informations rapides, courtoises et concises et/ou résoudre des problèmes avec un haut degré de professionnalisme

▪ Présélectionner les clients des utilisateurs finaux et capturer les informations sur les prospects, qui sont ensuite transmises au RSM approprié pour le suivi.

▪ Résoudre les problèmes en clarifiant la plainte du client : déterminer la cause du problème ; sélectionner et expliquer la meilleure solution pour résoudre le problème ; accélérer la correction ou l'ajustement ; faire un suivi pour assurer la résolution

▪ Capacité à rester professionnel et courtois avec les clients internes et externes à tout moment

▪ Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour répondre et dépasser les attentes du client en matière de service

▪ Fournir aux RSM et aux clients des informations en temps opportun sur l'inventaire et les délais de livraison.

▪ Fournir des devis clients simples

▪ Aider RSM avec les devis des concessionnaires, en utilisant AutoQuotes


Qualifications


▪ Doit être entièrement bilingue français/anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit

▪ 2-3 ans d'expérience en service client

▪ Solides compétences Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

▪ Expérience de l'utilisation de Salesforce ou d'un CRM similaire préférée

▪ Empathique

▪ Prêt à faire un effort supplémentaire pour satisfaire nos clients internes et externes

▪ Un joueur d'équipe capable de travailler en collaboration avec des collègues, mais aussi de travailler de manière indépendante

▪ Grande attention aux détails

▪ Excellentes compétences en communication

▪ Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement en évolution rapide

▪ Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à prioriser et à gérer le temps efficacement
