**Retail Customer Service Representative - Bilingual - English/French**
- **Job Summary**_

The professional bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) will service the M-D Canada Retail customers which include big box and regional home center hardware stores. The CSR is responsible for but not limited to maintaining a positive work environment, customer/sales support, and adhering to M-D Canada “Customer Delight” motto.
- **Position Responsibilities**_
- Provide product knowledge, inventory levels, and pricing
- Guide and process customer purchase orders
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
- Support sales representatives and customers with general inquiries (English and French)
- Promptly replying to internal and external customer inquiries with best possible resolution (English and French)
- Help customers/consumers navigate through product support websites
- Handling inbound and outbound calls (English and French)
- Review and report daily sales profit margins
- Monthly Vendor Compliance and scorecards investigations
- Process Return of Materials
- Adhere to company policies and existing controls
- Comfortable with communicating constructive feedback to department manager
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Milton, ON L9T 2X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
