As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, Belmonda is looking for a dedicated and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in our strategic growth plans, contributing to the continued success and evolution of our organization.


Job Description:


As a Procurement Specialist at Belmonda, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your primary duties will include:

  • Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with vendors to ensure the highest quality and best pricing for our products.
  • Cost Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of products to meet customer demand.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new product developments to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their procurement needs and support overall business objectives.
