**Who are we?**

**Manage ERP/Procurify Landscape**:

- Create and manage Purchase orders within the ERP environment and communication of purchase orders to the vendors ensuring PO terms and conditions are respected.
- Maintain records of the incoming BOL’s/delivery notes and ensuring PO’s are received within the ERP system on a timely basis.
- Maintain detailed and organized procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communication.

**Track and expedite**:

- Play the role of expediter to track the movement of purchase orders from placement to delivery : Keep track of delivery commitments referenced to PO statutes/contracts and ensure timely delivery while flagging non-compliance of delivery commitments
- Ensure incoming materials are tracked from each supply chain touchpoint to final delivery and be the internal point of contact for ETA requests
- Handle inbound and outbound logistics requests with 3PL’s to ensure cost-effective routing for deliveries and coordination of last-mile deliveries

**Sourcing**:

- Assess and gather requirements to float RFx by collaborating with internal stakeholders for ad-hoc sourcing requests
- Explore the market for cost-effective solutions taking into account lead-time and cost parameters and present options to management

**Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 3-4 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within a team and with external suppliers.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP etc) as well as Procurement tools
- Eagerness to learn and develop a solid foundation in procurement principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
