Position Description We are looking for the Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for working with the Data Management and Delivery team, as well as other project teams, to ensure the data components of solutions provide the appropriate value to the business users, and are aligned with the organization’s data strategy. Responsibilities Leads sessions with the business to gather requirements and get sign-off Produces and maintains Business Requirement Document (BRD), source to target mappings (STM) and other DA related documentation Ensures that project team delivers a data asset that meets business requirements Liaises with various teams and stakeholders to get alignment Data analysis, data profiling and metadata collection Leads UAT activities with business and obtains sign-off Workplace Hybrid role requiring in office work 1 day per week. Must live within a commutable distance to Toronto office. Must Have Skills 5–10 years of experience as a Data Analyst preferably in the Wealth Management domain (Retail, Retirement, Institutional or General Accounts) Experience with data-centric projects delivering the following (preferably within a capital markets or investment banking domain): Master data management, data integration, data warehousing and reporting, and Big Data environment for analytics Experience writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members Experience delivering data documentation artifacts in organizations of similar size and complexity within project deadlines Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form at various levels within the project teams Experience in major trading platforms, book of record systems, performance management platforms, such as Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, Calypso Preferred Skills Exposure to Azure would be nice to have Professional Skills Clear, professional spoken and written communication skills Strong team and individual contributor Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Equal Opportunity Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
