Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support management decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand business needs and develop data solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company and industry standards. Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and measure performance metrics. Recommend process improvements and automation to enhance data workflows and reporting efficiency. Mentor junior analysts and support data literacy initiatives within the organization. Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau . Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data mining techniques. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization best practices . Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational database management systems. Exceptional analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an asset. Experience in managing or mentoring a team of analysts is preferred. Working Hours Full-time remote position based in Canada. Flexible working hours with core collaboration between 9 AM – 5 PM EST . Occasional meetings may be required outside standard hours depending on project timelines. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deep understanding of business metrics and the ability to link data insights to business performance. Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
