Our Inside Sales and Strategic Accounts Representative will support our key accounts across Canada. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales - Canada, you will be responsible for developing long term customer relationships, acquiring new key customers, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed your sales targets.


Essential Job Duties

  • Assist with key accounts across Canada (Marks, Giant Tiger, etc.).
  • Provide a bridge between Customer Care and Sales to ensure accounts are provided with accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Help vet new accounts and look for new business opportunities.
  • Manage specified independent accounts across Canada; specifically, those doing under $10k a year and work to build up their business.
  • Help manage the showroom and provide a welcoming environment for our visitors.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, own your sales numbers and your day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A relationship expert. The ability to transform a partner into an influencer.
  • Must be physically capable of carrying and setting up garment samples and racks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Retail POS experience a plus.
  • Experience in retail merchandising and sales forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and account management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking & problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate with internal & external leadership.
  • Oral and written presentation skills.
  • Humbleness over everything. Be thoughtful. Be kind.


Education and Experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience in an outside sales and merchandising environment.
  • Bi-Lingual in French and English
