Sponsorship and Events Coordinator (15 month contract)


20%-25% Travel

60-62K + retention bonus 3K + medical & dental with two weeks notice if shorten or extend the period.



The Marketing team is looking for a Sponsorship and Events Coordinator on a fifteen (15) month contract . Experience in marketing or event coordination who is eager to develop their skills in sponsorship management and event support. The Sponsorship and Events Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with sponsorship-related duties and providing logistical support for company events and activations.


Responsibilities:


Sponsorship Coordination

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners , serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Communication and Correspondence internally and within the dealer network

Draft and distribute communications, invitations, and promotional materials related to

sponsored events and initiatives.

  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship activities, including brand exposure, audience engagement, and ROI, using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, product teams , and dealers across Canada to align sponsorship activities with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage sponsorship project budgets , ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

Stay in touch with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in

sponsorship and partnership marketing.


Event Coordination

  • Support the Event Specialist in coordinating sponsorship activations, trade shows , and other corporate events and initiatives, including but not limited to booth setup, promotional materials, registration, transportation, hotel and staff coordination.
  • Represent company at events and engagements , embodying the brand's values, and maintain a professional and positive image at all times.

Provide administrative support for events, including hospitality arrangements, agreements,

contracts, and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.

Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, sponsorship marketing or related field

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Fluency with Microsoft Office Products; PPT, Excel & Word
