**Position Summary**

Under the direction of the Director, Marketing Operations - GTA, you are responsible for the overall coordination and execution of many elements from the strategic marketing program in the GTA bundle. Assists with the implementation of corporate marketing directives and the planning and directing of the marketing strategies. Ensures all new marketing promotions and events are executed with great care, finesse and high energy while the GTA bundle marketing functions align with corporate objectives. Contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Motivates, leads by example and provides a learning environment. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plans, directs, and implements the GTA bundle marketing program, including all details throughout a promotion, campaign or special event (e.g., merchandise activations, dreamer promotions, entertainment, VIP events, incentives, prizes, supplier commitments, property décor, etc.).
- Support the National Marketing team on company-wide initiatives and other departments with marketing projects.
- Contributes to the strategic direction of campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and group sales at the bundle level; identifying opportunities for revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Manage marketing community sponsorships by conceptualizing, planning and executing activations that align with marketing tactics to generate ROI.
- Develops communication implementation plans to optimize performance of entertainment, promotions and special events; maximizes awareness and participation from team members and guests.
- Liaises with marketing operations team members to report on site marketing results (e.g., event revenue, implementation strategies, best practices, guest and team member feedback, etc.)
- Contributes to annual site marketing operations plans and budget; maintains budgeted costs for campaigns and special events, including promotions.
- Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational department heads.
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, team members, vendors and regulators.
- Provide direction, mentorship and leadership to Marketing Coordinator team members.
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.

**Education and Qualification Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; minimum 3 years of experience in a people manager role; 3 years of gaming or hospitality experience preferred.
- High School Diploma; Post secondary education in marketing, tourism, hospitality, public relations, advertising or management an asset.
- Ability to exceed internal and external guest expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
