As National Field Manager, you will lead a team of six high-performing sales representatives across the country, driving KitchenAid Small Appliance sales, optimizing operations, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Your experience of rising through the ranks will be invaluable—you’ve executed merchandising launches, mastered cold calling, and demonstrated relentless commitment to sales excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and make a significant impact on one of the most recognized brands in the industry Responsibilities Lead and support a national team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional merchandising, product demonstrations, training, and market insights. Boost sales performance by broadening our channel’s presence and ensuring full market coverage. Build, review and adjust territories to align with the client’s evolving needs. Operationalize new product launches across key accounts nationwide. Analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable plans to identify growth opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Equip the field team with tools and resources for flawless execution. Coordinate cross-functional tasks while maintaining accountability for overall results. Thrive in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Demonstrate professional business acumen and strong communication skills (written and verbal). Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with meticulous follow-up. Apply strong leadership skills to prioritize, problem-solve, and multi-task under pressure. Qualifications 5+ years in Field Management. Experience in operationalizing and executing merchandising programs. Business degree or related post-secondary education. Proven success in developing and leading client accounts with innovative strategies. Understanding of merchandising and retail sales (Grocery, Mass, Drug, Home Improvement, Appliances). Project management and data analysis/reporting experience (Tableau, Power BI). Ability to manage client expectations and deliver store-level execution. Experience with financial accuracy, cross-functional processes, and persuasive selling. Assertive, results-driven, and collaborative team player. Additional Details Travel: Approximately 30% within Canada. Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office (Tuesday–Thursday). Flexibility to support team merchandising execution as needed.
