Reporting to the Merchandise Manager - Retail & Wholesale, the Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Left On Friday’s wholesale channel. You will nurture relationships with existing partners, identify new wholesale opportunities, and ensure that brand integrity is upheld across all touchpoints. This role blends strategic account management, sales analysis, operational coordination, and premium customer service. Core Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Manage day-to-day communication with wholesale partners to ensure exceptional service and brand alignment. Maintain and grow revenue across assigned accounts through assortment planning, sell-through analysis, and seasonal sales strategies. Work closely with retail partners to present seasonal collections, product knowledge, and merchandising recommendations. Identify new wholesale opportunities in key markets and support onboarding of new partners. Planning & Operations Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, fulfillment, and inventory allocation. Forecast seasonal needs, monitor stock levels, and proactively communicate availability or potential issues. Prepare and manage order forms, line sheets, pricing updates, and sales materials. Reporting & Analysis Track weekly and monthly sell-through, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize assortment. Produce account performance reports and share insights with internal cross-functional teams. Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on market trends. Brand Representation Ensure that all wholesale partners represent Left On Friday with consistency across merchandising, marketing, and customer experience. Support training sessions, in-store events, and product knowledge initiatives. Key Traits/experience We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree 7+ years experience in a similar role within a product merchandising environment Strong awareness of lifestyle and fashion trends Proven ability to drive performance Extensive experience in product costing and retail math Highly organized with a keen eye for the detail Strong knowledge of data and systems, you possess amazing Excel skills You have a proven track record as a positive and enthusiastic leader. People love to work with and for you You are a strong independent worker who makes sound business decisions, can multi-task and can pivot and prioritize as required You are an equally strong collaborator and who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves to bring people together and on the journey with you Your communication skills both written and verbal are A+.
