**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:

- As the Wholesale Operations Project Specialist, you will represent Arc’teryx business needs in our current systems and identify and implement additional software solutions as needed. In this role, you will represent the Commercial - Wholesale function to support our regional and global teams and are responsible for providing department specific needs, coordinating departmental work for projects, providing input on whether proposed solutions meet needs, and then coordinating implementation of the new solution(s).

- The Commercial team is accountable for delivering sales through all local channels. We meet the guest where they are shopping and ensure Arc’teryx is represented consistently and at its best. As the retail landscape changes, we will work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork.

**If you were the Wholesale Operations Project Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Representing business needs to the IS team and implementing improved business processes and system enhancements for Wholesale Omni
- Designing/redesigning L4 and SOP’s including mapping and development
- Identifying gaps between business requirements and SAP or other systems, and partnering with the business in leading the evaluation of other potential vendors and systems to address gaps as required
- Consolidating, prioritizing and following up with IS regarding open issues and future enhancements for your area of the business.
- Acting as the point of contact from the business to troubleshoot system/process issues, as well as between technology and business stakeholders
- System/SOP implementations, documentation and coaching to the different teams
- Defining the business requirements for your business area within SAP, and other supporting tools, and assisting other departments in defining theirs
- Identifying operational changes between current and future state SAP and supporting systems, including new required processes
- Acting as a point of contact for all other departments involved to drive a common business design and data consistency
- Ensuring interoperability with all commercial tools and technologies, including but not limited to NuOrder®, EDI and SalesForce®
- Ensuring best practices and process optimization are built at the design stage
- Taking the lead in identifying the required information to support SAP interfacing with other future tools
- Working closely with BI teams to identify requirements and ensure data consistency
- Providing input into the change management process

- Contributing to and supporting future initiatives to evolve and build upon the core software solution
- Conducting ongoing assessment of project blueprints and business requirements, and identifying potential gaps or opportunities for future consideration
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify business and system process efficiencies

**Are you our next Wholesale Operations Project Specialist?**:

- You have 3+ years’ work experience in a B2B service or sales operations focused role, preferably in the outdoor apparel industry
- You have experience in developing reports for analysis and decision making
- You have prior implementation experience
- You are familiar with project management
- You have a drive to learn and participate
- You are an excellent collaborator able to work within a team and with other teams
- You are adaptable and forward thinking
- You have solid knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes
- You are able to step in and take charge with minimum instruction
- You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- You have advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for spreadsheets
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- You are able to travel internationally as required
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
