Administer ADP Time & Labor Management for US & Canadian employees. Configure & maintain pay rules, overtime rules, premiums, statutory requirements within ADP TLM by jurisdiction. Ensure accurate & timely salary payments. Prepare journal entries, records, T4s, W2s, remittances, etc. Prepare ad hoc reports. Handle employee & agency payroll inquiries. Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions per policy. Maintain detailed audit records. Support benefit administration: inquiries, annual reporting, auditing, enrollment updates. Administer worker's compensation reporting (WCB, annual, quarterly). Administer US 401(k) & Canadian RRSP/DPSP plans: carrier coordination, contribution records, enrollment accuracy. Support HR: WCB reporting, jurisdictional compliance, new employee compliance numbers. Chair Health & Safety Committee, schedule meetings, minutes. Assist building maintenance coordination. Competencies Canadian/US payroll expertise. Proficiency with ADP TotalSource & Workforce Now networks. Strong MS Office/Excel skills. Year-end processing experience (T4, W2, WCB, HET) beneficial. High confidentiality, ethics, professionalism. Attention to detail, accuracy. Willingness to learn HR aspects; focus on payroll & benefits. Education & Experience Bachelor of Commerce with HR specialization. Canadian Payroll Association Certification asset. Physical Demands & Work Environment Quiet office; sedentary with occasional standing, walking. Repetitive motions, computer use >50% of time. Visual requirements: close, distance, peripheral vision.
