This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven leader with deep experience in import/export, 3PL management, transportation, customs compliance , and working with major big-box retailers such as Costco, Walmart, and Giant Tiger. ✨ What Makes This Role Exciting You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s logistics strategy—driving efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening retailer relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industry. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, duty drawback , and cross-border compliance. Experience managing 3PL operations and working with big-box retailers. Advanced understanding of transportation modes, Incoterms, and global freight operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor-management skills. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in logistics systems, Excel, and reporting tools. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Key Responsibilities Import & Export Management Oversee all international inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation accuracy, and timely clearances. Manage duty drawback processes and identify opportunities for cost recovery. 3PL, Warehousing & Distribution Manage relationships with 3PL partners to ensure performance, accuracy, and service quality. Monitor warehouse operations, inbound/outbound scheduling, and inventory flow. Implement KPIs, service-level metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
