Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Trans-Pro Logistics' transportation and logistics services. The role involves negotiating contracts, preparing quotes, and coordinating closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Executive will contribute to market research and develop strategies to grow the company's client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including freight management and supply chain processes
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address client needs and close deals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer software for data tracking and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
