Concord, ON Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Distribution – Competitive salary Concord, ON – Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Distribution – Competitive salary $50,000–$70,000 based on experience, with commission, comprehensive benefits, and Car Allowance Job Summary Our client, an established national CPG distribution organization, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships within a defined territory. This role is focused on selling branded consumer packaged goods into existing and new B2B customers through a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach. The Outside Sales Representative will own account growth, new business development, and commercial execution while partnering internally to ensure strong service and fulfillment. This is a performance-oriented role suited for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The Role Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities Sell CPG product programs through pricing, assortment, and volume discussions (no merchandising responsibilities) Conduct regular in-person customer meetings to build long-term partnerships and identify growth opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing agreements, and program recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using internal systems Monitor customer trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets The Ideal Candidate 1+ years of experience in B2B outside sales or account management, preferably with CPG, or retail goods Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills Comfortable managing a territory independently in a results-driven environment Clear, professional communication skills with customers and internal teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
