This role is focused on selling branded consumer packaged goods into existing and new B2B customers through a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach. The Outside Sales Representative will own account growth, new business development, and commercial execution while partnering internally to ensure strong service and fulfillment. This is a performance-oriented role suited for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.The RoleManage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunitiesSell CPG product programs through pricing, assortment, and volume discussions (no merchandising responsibilities)Conduct regular in-person customer meetings to build long-term partnerships and identify growth opportunitiesPrepare and present sales proposals, pricing agreements, and program recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfactionTrack sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using internal systemsMonitor customer trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform sales strategyConsistently meet or exceed established sales targetsThe Ideal Candidate1+ years of experience in B2B outside sales or account management, preferably with CPG, or retail goods.Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accountsStrong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skillsComfortable managing a territory independently in a results-driven environmentClear, professional communication skills with customers and internal teamsJobID#16816672
