Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales in pool industry.

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in B2B and outside sales
- Experience in Pool or Hot Tub industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills: quick-thinking, persuasive, charming
- Presentation skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to present oneself and products effectively, not limited to PowerPoint
- College Degree/University Degree
- Passion for prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Huge plus: established contacts in the hot tubs and pools industry
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- English proficiency: Native speaker or fluent
- Russian language is a plus

**Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- This job isn't office-based; you need to be prepared to travel extensively. The main focus will be on finding new leads and establishing partnerships with them
- Vehicle allowance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

- Automobile allowance

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
