Our Sales Account Managers have a starting salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per annum based on experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment. Please visit our website Essential Functions for this Role Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are met. Maintain CRM systems to ensure the company is speaking to the right contacts with the right messages at the right time. Own new prospective & qualifying leads through to Account Managers at the qualified stages in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM). Manage own prospective/qualified pipeline in Dynamics (CRM). Update and ensure accuracy of customer information through phone conversations, email, video conference and/or onsite visits. Schedule appointments and visit existing customers to review requirements and determine other opportunities. Receive customer purchase orders, review and forward on to Project Managers for acceptance and scheduling. Provide solutions to customers’ complications. Organize and attend joint sales calls with Q.A. and management as required. Attend Trade Shows and Conferences (if applicable). Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of orders, service, pricing and overall satisfaction. Prepare reports for marketing and sales and keep expense accounts. Perform maintenance and updating of customers’ accounts including contact names for future sales. Keep up to date on services, procedures by attending training and management review meetings. Work in accordance with the quality management system (QMS). Complete all applicable quality records. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys (as part of our QMS). Research new product and/or market opportunities and share with the management team regularly. Update and ensure accuracy of information on market, as well as full understanding of our direct competitors. Communication plan, provide valuable weekly reports to the GM. Develop 90‑day strategies to include top projects/accounts, key contacts & events. Manage own annual travel budget, not to exceed corporate approved budgeting. Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records. Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required Comprehensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry requirements, manufacturing, estimating, sales and project management processes. High level of understanding and operating within Microsoft Dynamics (CRM). Possess a valid Passport and be able to travel globally, including within Canada and to other countries with no travel restrictions. Proven ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment, as well as work periods of time remotely. Excellent computer skills with a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Basic AutoCAD knowledge an asset. Quality management system knowledge: Sales, purchasing, nonconformances, corrective and preventive action, document control, record control. Steel trades background (2 years) including blueprint reading, materials and process knowledge. Computer experience – Excel and Word (2-5 years).
