If so, this could be the role for you Our valued client is expanding their HR team and is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape and support our people strategies across their organization. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders, influence meaningful organizational outcomes, and contribute to a culture rooted in integrity, respect, and continuous improvement. As an HR Business Partner, you'll report to the Manager, HR Business Partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing strategic and operational human resources support. Your key responsibilities include: Partner with leaders to provide expert guidance on employee and labour relations, organizational design, and workforce planning. Develop and deliver HR solutions aligned to the company's strategic goals. Lead and support initiatives related to performance management, leadership development, and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with union partners and provide advice rooted in fairness and compliance. Conduct investigations and help foster positive workplace relationships. Support change initiatives and drive strategies that strengthen company culture and employee engagement. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a hybrid work schedule. The experience you bring should include the following: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Business Partner. Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong knowledge of labour relations, including union grievance handling and collective bargaining agreements. Proven ability to conduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace conflicts. Experience in workforce planning and organizational design. Demonstrated skills in change management and supporting cultural shifts. Solid understanding of performance management and leadership development strategies. Excellent consultative and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders. Apply today
