Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for entry to mid-level positions, including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and/or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination. Has demonstrated experience in executing employment investigations. Leads investigations, including communication/implementation of outcomes/decisions. Assists manager on complex investigations. Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding programs needed. Leads recruitment process for senior-level positions. Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and builds strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline. Oversees student program strategy, enhances, and influences the program to align with district strategies. Maintains strategic relationships with academic institutions. Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred. Working towards an HR designation preferred. 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience preferred. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with people and act with discretion when handling confidential information. Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations. Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization. Able to mentor and coach entry-level human resources professionals. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome. Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks. Demonstrated critical-thinking skills. The estimated salary range for this role is $114,700.00 - $172,100.00, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
