Job Overview We are looking for a confident, driven, and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our growing sales team at bids&tenders as we expand across North America. About Bids&tenders We are a recognized leader in public-sector procurement across North America. Our platform supports government agencies and suppliers with sourcing, submissions, evaluations, awards, contract management, and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Development & Prospecting: research public-sector prospects, build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, conferences, and territory campaigns. Full-Cycle Sales Execution: lead prospects through discovery, tailored demonstrations, value articulation, procurement requirements, pricing, negotiation, and contracting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Account Management. Territory Planning & Forecasting: maintain accurate forecasting, territory plans, and activity tracking within the CRM. Market & Product Expertise: stay informed on public-sector procurement practices and maintain deep understanding of the bids&tenders platform. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology consulting sales; experience selling into government or regulated industries strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a net-new sales role. Strong ability to manage 6–12+ month sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public administration, or related field preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
