Viscor Inc. is a manufacturer of industry-leading luminaires for both the United States and Canada. Leading brands include Visioneering and Certolux. We also represent other Leviton Lighting brands, Birchwood, ConTech and Intense. We manufacture a complete line of energy efficient and IoT ready lighting solutions for industrial, commercial, medical, institutional and architectural applications to name a few.


As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Sales Operations Analyst to our sales operations team.


The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Company’s sales team by maximizing their performance. This will be accomplished through reviewing and analyzing sales data to extract actionable insights and informed conclusions, managing CRM system use, creating / managing reports, and improving sales processes.


We are looking for a well-organized professional who is proactive and reliable. This person must be capable of working closely with the senior management levels, within our sales and finance department, to create a cohesive structure able to provide data and resources to our sales team and agent network in a timely manner.


Key responsibilities and duties associated with this position will include:

  • Develop & Maintain Sales Analytics Reports and Dashboards - Collaborate with the IT team, leveraging data-driven insights to develop and sustain reports and dashboards. You will be responsible for enhancing transparency into sales metrics, supplying valuable views, and bolstering decision-making processes.


  • Maintain CRM functions and ERP link - Manage overall data quality to support efficient sales operations. Work with Global Sales Operations to develop workflows and reporting. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within CRM, as well as ensuring user responsibilities are up to date in our ERP.


  • Optimize Sales & Operational Efficiency - Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks, work to continually enhance sales efficiency.


  • Supporting Strategic Planning & Goal Setting – Collaborate closely with sales leadership to assist in strategic planning by driving sales forecasting and goal-setting activities.


  • Planning and Operational Tasks - Support day-to-day operational tasks which include custom opportunities, pricing / commissions support and analysis, presentation management, sales planning, and other administrative functions.


  • Other job related duties or projects as may be assigned



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Ideal candidates have prior experience in sales operations, preferably within manufacturing or a multi-department, cross functional environment.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities are necessary for interpreting sales data and providing actionable intel. The ideal candidate will be generally curious and dig into different data sets to find new and relevant information.


  • Technical Proficiency: Should be proficient in Salesforce or Microsoft CRM, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Power BI and ERP systems would also be considered an asset.


  • Collaboration: The role involves working closely with sales, finance and leadership, so effective communication and collaboration skills are vital.
