We rely heavily on technology. We use Google apps, Excel, Zoom, Calendly, Teams, ERP systems and all sorts of other cool toys that allow for better workflow. You need to be comfortable (and competent) with all thatotherwise you may as well move on to the next ad

While we work to a plan, we are far from perfect. We (meaning I) often take on too much and have been known to change focus too often. These are constraints we are aware of and are committed to working on. Be prepared.

About You

1. You are a stickler for attention to detail. You are precise in what you do.

2. You understand and relate to our core values.

3. Any knowledge of printing processes such as screen printing, digital printing and embroidery will be a bonus

4. You are able to put in place repeatable and documented processes which can be tracked easily.

5. You have exceptional problem solving capabilities.

6. You should be comfortable using technology and receptive to introduction of new technologies

7. You have experience in implementing ERP systems.

8. You have the ability to work with and motivate people at all levels.

Your Role

1. To head up and manage a team of 11 people to ensure smooth operations of the company.

2. Oversee day-to-day operations of the company

3. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective operations.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity

6. Manage and optimize resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment

7. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees - Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team

9. Put in place documented and trackable processes for areas such as Screen Printing/Embroidery/DTF/DTG/Picking/Packing/Quality Control

10. To be able to manage people to motivate them and get the best results.

11. To document and save costs through created efficiencies.

12. To be an idea generator within the company

Your typical week will be 70% following a plan and 30% responding to current conditionswhatever they may be.
