Who we are:

We are a digital consulting firm with expertise in bridging the gap between B2B companies and their potential clients, nurturing successful partnerships in the dynamic digital arena. Our firm prides itself on being adaptable, agile, and attentive to our clients' needs. Therefore, we are seeking an Account Director to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for and achieve, business growth targets through the presentation of Productive Shop products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Productive Shop services and products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, web development, online media environment, or marketing role.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing, and advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • 2 years of project management experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Experience with SEO and PPC tools (i.e. SEOMoz, AHREFS, Wordstream, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics to clients, and their impact on marketing strategy
  • Understands metrics, including CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns and can communicate them to internal teams and clients
