Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure company targets are met or exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate and negotiate with manufacturers (mostly are overseas) to enhance updated sales strategies as well as seamless after-sales service for local customers

Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in sales and operation management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and neogotiation skills
- Strong business development and provlem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field
- Familiarity with CRM system and sales analytics tools
- Working experience in artificial intelligence or innovative technology
- French Speaking or any other secondary language skills except English
