Join to apply for the Operations & Chief of Staff (Part-Time) role at Formspree About the Role We’re looking for a highly competent, proactive Operations & Chief of Staff hybrid who can operate at a high level, own key operational workflows, and support the founders in running company operations. This person will also handle some Executive Assistant responsibilities and may occasionally support light personal tasks when capacity allows. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives with autonomy, loves creating order, and enjoys being the operational backbone behind fast-moving technical founders. What You’ll Own Company Operations Manage recurring and periodic operational tasks, ensuring nothing is missed. Schedule and coordinate security reviews. File sales tax forms generated by the accounting team via state portals. Ensure contractors are paid on time and handle basic vendor coordination. Track ongoing cycles and deadlines, proactively reminding the leadership team. People Operations & Culture Plan and coordinate team off-sites, including booking flights, venues, lodging, and logistics. Coordinate 360° performance reviews on a semiannual basis (scheduling and follow-through). Support leadership with ad-hoc internal operations projects. Executive Support Daily standup and end-of-week review with the founder to discuss priorities, progress, and upcoming tasks. Support founders through periodic follow-ups, reminders, and accountability. Calendar management, meeting prep, and light administrative assistance. What You Bring Prior experience in Operations, Chief of Staff, EA, People Ops, or Business Administration. Ability to operate independently, think critically, and solve problems without hand-holding. Highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable owning recurring processes. Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with a founder. Comfortable with light finance/admin tasks (invoicing, payments, tax filing flows). Startup experience is strongly preferred.
