Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quota, including higher revenue/growth targets by self-generating leads and pursuing assigned leads.
  • Forecast and track account performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional groups as needed to support customers/prospective clients.
  • Develop presentations and lead sales calls as part of the sales process.
  • Continuously identify and drive opportunities for improvements within the team.

What You Will Be Accomplishing In The Role

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored storage solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 1 - 3 years of prior experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, passionate about exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Willingness to travel around for client meetings as needed.

Compensation

Pay:

  • $50,000 per year
  • Vacation, Benefits

Additional pay:

  • 10% Commission on the first-year billings on new contract

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (40-hour week)
