The Corporate Financial Planning team oversees corporate governance related to investment governance and financial planning. As the owners of key processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and investment governance, the team leads these critical business activities across the organization. They play an essential role in the general rate application and contribute significantly to organizational success by driving the development and implementation of business solutions, supporting management in decision‑making, and guiding the company toward its strategic objectives. Additionally, the team helps ensure sustainable value creation for the organization. The Copperleaf Administrator is accountable for the effective management and configuration of the recently implemented Copperleaf system (Asset Investment Planning) to enable informed, strategic decision‑making on capital investment plans now and in the future across the entire enterprise. This role encompasses administering user profiles, permissions, and system settings; maintaining business process workflows; and managing data imports and exports. The role is also responsible for overseeing system jobs, schedulers, error logs, audit activities, generating reports and investment scenarios that support organizational objectives, and provides guidance and consultation across teams to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with business goals. Key functions include: System Administration and Configuration – Manage and configure the Copperleaf system, including user profiles, permissions, role assignments, optional settings, and business process workflows. Data and Process Management – Import, export, and maintain data; manage system jobs, schedulers, error logs, and audits to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. Strategic Support and Reporting – Generate reports and investment scenarios to support strategic decision‑making, while providing guidance and consultation across teams to align system capabilities with business objectives. Our ideal teammate will have: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related discipline, with two years of experience in system administration and configuration, data and process management and reporting OR A diploma in Business Administration, Technology, or related discipline, with four years of experience in system administration and configuration, data and process management and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel). Experience working and collaborating with peers throughout the organization, effectively managing and fostering relationships internal and external, to achieve business objectives. Demonstrated experience in system administration functionality. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to organize, analyze and report on various data sets with working knowledge of data integration and management processes. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
