The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support high-impact, client-facing projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to capture and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will play a key role in aligning digital solutions with user and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Analyze and document current-state processes and design future-state workflows
- Develop use cases, user stories, wireframes, and process models
- Support project initiation through business cases, charters, and feasibility assessments
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers and architects
- Contribute to test case development and user acceptance testing
- Assist with change management planning and communications
- Provide regular status updates to project managers and client stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in business analysis
- Experience across full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques such as BPMN, UML, use cases, and user stories
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline—or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with MS Office, Visio, and collaboration tools
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or public sector environments
- Change management or product ownership experience
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience
- Fluency in French
- Willingness to travel if required
