Role Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will support the ERP implementation by leading
requirements analysis, process documentation, and business transformation activities
. The analyst will work with business and technical teams to
develop specifications, conduct fit-gap analyses, and ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud ERP best practices
and organizational goals.

Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
are essential for this role. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the ERP implementation through
structured analysis, documentation, and collaboration with diverse functional teams.
Mandatory Requirements

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience as a Business Analyst involved in requirements elicitation, business transformation, process design, and IT solution implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives involving multiple entities and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize activities, and balance competing demands.
  • Proven experience collaborating with both business and technical SMEs to gather requirements and define integration processes.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and translating technical details into clear documentation.
  • Experience producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams that show interdependencies across systems and workflows.
  • Experience developing operational standards, procedures, and policies to achieve defined business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing at least one cloud-based SaaS solution with significant business transformation.
  • Experience with ERP systems—preferably Oracle Cloud ERP or solutions involving HR, Finance, or Procurement.
  • Certification from a recognized professional business analysis body such as IIBA-CBAP or PMI-PBA is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document functional and technical needs, and align them with Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify process redesign opportunities and configuration needs.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed specifications and ensure full traceability throughout the design and implementation process.
  • Collaborate with Oracle consultants, technical teams, and SMEs to design and validate ERP configurations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Develop clear business process documentation, including current-state and future-state process maps and procedural guides.
  • Support testing activities by preparing test cases, participating in user acceptance testing, and validating data migration and integration results.
  • Communicate progress and findings to project stakeholders, preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Contribute to change management and training efforts by developing user materials and facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain compliance with project governance, privacy, and data security standards.
