Overview
:

SNB is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support its Oracle Cloud ERP transformation, spanning HR, Finance, and Procurement. The analyst will be responsible for requirement elicitation, documentation, stakeholder engagement, solution design support, testing, and project governance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements
  • Develop functional specs and integration documentation
  • Facilitate Fit-Gap and design reviews
  • Document current and future business processes
  • Create test cases and support UAT/SIT
  • Collaborate across business, technical teams, SMEs, and ERP vendor
  • Provide traceability, configuration, and support documentation
  • Prepare visual process models, RACI charts, and reporting artifacts

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years' experience in business analysis on large IT projects
  • English fluency
  • Resume must be 5 pages or fewer
  • Only 1 candidate per vendor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on business transformation and ERP projects
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP (especially HR, Finance, Procurement)
  • Strong stakeholder and SME collaboration
  • Certificate(s): CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar

Candidates who currently reside in New Brunswick or are willing to relocate will be given priority. This role requires participation in a hybrid work environment based in Fredericton. Candidates who are unable to relocate to New Brunswick or participate in a hybrid work environment based in Fredericton will not be considered for this role.
