We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager – Global Operations to oversee human resources across Canada, the U.S., and India. This position blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution—driving consistency, efficiency, and engagement across global teams. You’ll lead HR operations and recruitment functions, modernize processes and tools, and strengthen cultural alignment across regions. This role is perfect for a proactive, systems‑minded HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and enjoys bringing structure and predictability to complexity. Strong career growth opportunity This role will eventually grow into a Director level position. HYBRID role – 2-3 days onsite (University) Key Responsibilities Global HR Operations : Lead and scale end-to-end HR operations across multiple geographies. HR Analytics & Reporting : Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, workforce planning, and performance tracking. Talent Acquisition : Oversee recruitment strategy, candidate screening, and process optimization across markets. Culture & Engagement : Foster a cohesive global culture through programs that enhance collaboration, recognition, and retention. Compliance & Policy : Ensure adherence to employment legislation and HR best practices across all operating regions. Systems & Tools : Manage and evolve HRIS, ATS, and digital HR tools to improve automation, accuracy, and visibility. Qualifications 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with responsibility across multiple regions (Canada, U.S., and India strongly preferred). Deep operational HR expertise including onboarding, compliance, analytics, and recruitment. Hands‑on experience managing HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workable, Power BI, M365). Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting and HR automation tools. Strong understanding of cross-border employment laws and compliance frameworks. Proven success leading distributed, hybrid, and multicultural teams. Analytical and data-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
